hilary + ian - esession philadelphia pa

I met Hilary + Ian in a bar. Let me clarify that. I met them in the BROWN ROOM at Congress Hall. The Brown Room is an upscale cocktail lounge...so maybe "bar" was not fitting in my first sentence ;) I was in the lounge with my sister - in - laws for a "girls weekend". Hilary + Ian were sitting in front of us by the fireplace. Hilary turned around and said with a big grin "So, what are you guys drinking?". We all laughed and said "Chocolate martinis!" Hilary said "They look good!" and Ian jumped up to get them two from the bar. I told them I thought they made a really cute couple and Hilary said "Thank you! We are getting married next year here at Congress Hall!" I said "no way!" and told them I was a wedding photographer on the Congress Hall vendor list! We spent the afternoon laughing and joking and I gave them my business card. 1 week later they called me. The rest is history.

I can't wait to photograph their amazing wedding at Congress Hall. It's going to be a great day in every way!
